Prospective residents and their families are welcome to visit the Home. You can arrange a visit by contacting the Nurse Manager. During your visit you will be shown around the Home and grounds and given the opportunity to meet with staff and residents. The Manager will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Following your visit you will be given a copy of the Home Prospectus to take away which will provide you with detailed information on the Home which will help you decide whether or not our Home is right for you. If you do decide you wish to come and stay with us you will receive a visit by the Nurse Manager to your current location which may be at home, in hospital or in another care home. The Nurse Manger will at this point assess your needs to ensure these can be met by the Home. If so you will be admitted to the Home on a mutually convenient date if there is a room available, otherwise you will be placed on the waiting list.
