Facilities

Bedrooms We have 49 single warmly decorated bedrooms. All bedrooms have TV and telephone points - a private telephone is available on request. Residents are encouraged to bring small pieces of furniture, ornaments and other items of sentimental value.   Resident Call System To ensure the safety of all our residents we have a Resident Call System in place in all bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas. This means that residents can receive any assistance required at any time of the day or night. In the event of an emergency care staff can activate an emergency alarm.

Lounges We have two large homely decorated lounges which include seating provision for visitors. Each lounge has a large screen television, video, CD player and fully stocked library. The lounges are used to host musical events and other forms of entertainment.   Training Room  This room is provided for staff to attend both internal and external training sessions.

Oratory There is a multi domination Oratory within the Home which provides a peaceful environment for both residents and their visitors. The Oratory is made available to the visiting churches and can also be made available to families for a private service upon request.

Activities Room There is a well equipped activities room for use by all our residents. Under the supervision of our full time Activities Co-ordinator residents can use the facility for cooking, baking, arts and crafts, cards and board games.

Hairdressing Salon There is a fully equipped hairdressing salon within the Home and a hairdresser visits the Home weekly to provide a hairdressing service to all our residents.           Car Parking There is ample free car parking space located at the entrance to the Home. Disabled spaces are also available.
